1. Packages are generally dispatched within the same day after receipt of payment and are shipped via reputed national couriers with tracking. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

• Shipping fees includes handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

• Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

• Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you during working days between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 5 pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

• As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.

1. If your option for in pick-up at shop MUTAIYAS CASH & CARRY, there are 2 slots to collect your order:-
   1. 12 PM -1 PM
   1. 3 PM- 4 PM

• If you select pick-up at MUTAIYAS CASH & CARRY you should place your order 1 day before.

• There are no charges for pick-up at shop.

• If you select pick-up delivery at our shop you can pay your payment by COD or by online.

*The order will be automatically decline or refused within 7 days if customers no send their feedback or response.
