RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We have a return policy, whereby you have five (5) days from the date of receipt of the item(s) requesting for a return subject to the terms and conditions stated below :-

  1. The item(s) received by you must be in its original packaging i.e. same condition that as received it without any being worn or unused with the item(s) tags attached..
  1. The original receipt of proof of purchase must be attached together with the returned item(s).
  1. To start a return item(s), you can contact us at enquiry@mutaiya.com or contact us 04-4213620. If your return item(s) is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Item(s) sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Instructions :-

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The Return & Refund Policy does not apply to the following items :-

  1. Frozen and chilled food
    1. Fresh Produce
    1. Perishable and/or semi-perishable goods
    1. Clearance, sale items or gift cards.
    1. Expired products while it is still in the customer’s possession after purchase.
    1. Personel care items (such as beauty products)
    1. Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Refunds :-

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you. Please note each issuer bank will have different time periods from 7-14 working days to reflect the refunded sum in your bank account/ statement.
